We want you to love your GrillMaster 360 Cleaning Brush. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Email us to start a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
