* **Weekend Shipping:** Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
* **High Volume Delays:** If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

## 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer **Free Standard Shipping** on all orders across the United States.

* **Estimated Delivery Time:** 3–9 business days (Standard Shipping)
* **Note:** Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons. 

## 3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

* **Tracking Number:** You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 
* **Tracking Status:** The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours of shipment. You can track your package directly through our website or standard global tracking portals.

## 4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

* **Fees Responsibility:** Grillarfa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

## 5. Damages & Wrong Address

* **Lost/Damaged Items:** If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately with clear photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange a replacement.
* **Incorrect Address:** Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Grillarfa is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
